Refund / Return Policy

  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedAs jewelry is a personal accessory, for hygiene and safety reasons, all orders are regarded as final sales once sold. We do not accept any form of return, exchange or refund (including but not limited to size mismatch, subjective color difference, unsatisfactory wearing effect, etc.).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (xanthnoety@xladiesaccessorie.com) within 24 hours after signing for receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
    Transportation damage: Obvious damage or functional loss of goods during the distribution process;
    Wrong item sent: The actual received item is completely inconsistent with the order description.
    We will verify and then resend the correct product for you or provide a solution.
